Boardman’s Bero, Poland ladies thrive at Spartan Invitational | Information, Sports activities, Jobs

BOARDMAN — Poland’s ladies cross nation staff and Boardman’s Frank Bero every positioned fourth at Saturday’s Spartan Invitational.

The Bulldogs took fourth with 103 factors, led by Jackie Grisdale and Halle Sebest, who completed within the high 10 in Division II.

Salem’s Carly Corridor took sixth within the Division II ladies race, identical to her Quakers did within the staff standings.

Bero was fourth within the Division I boys race with 16:13.9, after taking third within the Division I B Division Race.

Every division had two sections for each girls and boys, to separate the space the races to adjust to native board of well being pointers due the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2 sections have been made into one to complie the ultimate outcomes.

Howland’s Megan Hipple took eighth within the Division I ladies race.

Poland’s Logan Flament was tenth within the Division I boys race.
