It was decided that the moped was unregistered and Raul Cocar, 42, 14 Bancroft Road in Wakefield, was working with an expired Massachusetts Driver’s License. Cocar then didn’t cease for police and fled on the moped on Massachusetts Avenue in the direction of Boston. A short while later, Cocar crashed his moped on a restricted method. Consequently, Cocar will likely be charged with Failure to Cease for Police, Reckless Operation of a Motor Automobile, and a number of moped violations.
